Appraisal & revalidation
All Doctors with a UK licence to practice issued by the GMC must participate in the appraisal and revalidation process.
The process supports Doctors to develop their clinical practice and drives improvements to support the safe care and management of patients. It also provides assurance to the public and patients that the Doctor treating them is up-to-date and fit to practice within their speciality.
Over the 5-year revalidation period each Doctor must engage in an annual appraisal to discuss and reflect on evidence of their continuing professional development, quality improvement activities and feedback from patients and colleagues.
RM Medics are pleased to advise of their partnership with Healthcare Licensing Support Ltd (HLS), the team who support Doctors through the appraisal and revalidation process. Each Doctor has a dedicated account Manager to assist with the booking of your appraisal and to provide relevant support.
Mandatory Training
RM Medics are pleased to offer our candidates free of charge NHS framework approved mandatory training through our partner Healthier Business Group.
Our mandatory training is aligned to SEQOSH and is accredited by the CPD standards office.
With your own tailored account, you will be able to complete all the required mandatory training quickly and efficiently.
Phlebotomy
RM Medics can provide discounted blood testing and vaccine services through our partners Healthier Business Group through CityDoc.
Blood test results are completed in 24 hours, apart from Saturday testing, where test results will be available on the following Monday.
