Client Administrator 

RM Medics are seeking the appointment of a Client Administrator to join our growing team of recruitment professionals.

Maintaining high standards is paramount as we supply to NHS Hospitals across the UK. Could you become an integral part of the team that helps to deliver this?

The main tasks and responsibilities of this job are as follows;

  • Creating contracts for clients and candidates

  • Emailing contracts/details to clients and candidates

  • Processing bookings on to client information systems & portals

  • Creating checklists

  • Arranging accommodation for candidates and dealing with expenses enquiries

  • Actioning terminations on information systems

  • Monitoring and updating trackers

  • Logging and diarising e-mails

To fulfil the requirements of this job, the ideal candidate must be the following;

  • Good/proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Ability to work well with others

  • Attention to detail and thoroughness

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Liaise with current candidates and assess availability  and requirements and ensure they are are understood and met

  • Liaise with potential new candidates to continually improve portfolio to maximise successful placements

  • Able to create and maintain strong professional relationships

  • Maintain a workable record of communication that can be accessed to assist future opportunities

  • Priorities workload to ensure premium service is delivered to candidates while under pressure

  • Ensuring quality of sale and compliance standards are met throughout

  • Achieve set KPI’s and personal objectives in line with company policies and procedures

To fulfil the requirements of this job, the ideal candidate must be the following;

  • Ability to demonstrate “can-do” attitude with natural flair

  • Able to work and work under own initiative

  • Experienced in interpersonal and effective communication skills

  • Ability to negotiate concisely and confidently

  • Good/proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong time management and organisational skills      

  • Ability to work well with others
